“TAKE BACK LUNCH” COOKBOOK
editing / writing / recipe editing / fact-checking

Tastemade, known for award-winning video series that reach 13 million+ monthly viewers on streaming platforms, also develops cookbooks. “Take Back Lunch: 100+ Lunches You’ll Actually Want to Eat” is full of easy-yet-aspirational lunch ideas and part of Tastemade’s collaboration with the bento box brand Prepd.

The concept grew out of a statistic: 65% of Americans eat lunch at their desks. So we put together 100+ original lunch recipes inspired by global cuisines—and broke down exactly how to pack them for the office.

My role: Editor & Writer
For the book, I crafted recipe headnotes, the introduction, and how-to and tips sections along with another writer. I also line-edited and fact-checked the entire book, including all 100 recipes, the table of contents, and the index.
