Arcade is a B2B platform that helps product marketers create software demos in minutes without coding. Prior to its soft launch early in 2022, the startup, founded by two former Atlassian employees, needed case studies. The goal was to publish concise, engaging, specific stories that proved Arcade’s value from the point-of-view of software execs and marketers.

My role: Writer
We gathered candid thoughts from a handful of beta customers on how they used the product and its most impactful features. From those conversations, I built a four-part template to tell their stories (key takeaways, short narrative, pull quote, final thoughts) and wrote five case studies plus supporting website copy for the launch.

Today, 13K+ teams use Arcade, and the brand still uses this type of case study to showcase the product as it evolves.
